Their tactics are questionable, but if you don't mind working with shady characters.

When I came for the open weekend, they let us stay at the on campus residences which was great.
I'm not so familiar with the hotels in Fonty, I know there are a few decent places. You may even find some current students that will put you up in their guest room or spare couch if you are up for it!
Thanks for the tips LBH! I booked a room at the Hotel de Chancellerie for Friday and Saturday night! I am so excited for my visit!
